# §4043.5. How and where to file.


Reportable event notices required under this part must be filed electronically in accordance with the instructions posted on PBGC's Web site, http://www.pbgc.gov. Filing guidance is provided by the instructions and by [subpart A of part 4000](/cfr/29/part4000-subpartA.md) of this chapter.
