# §4003.51. Who may appeal or participate in appeals.


Any person aggrieved by an initial determination to which this subpart applies may file an appeal. Any person who may be aggrieved by a decision under this subpart granting the relief requested in whole or in part may participate in the appeal in the manner provided in [§ 4003.57](/cfr/29/4003.57.md).
