# §38.97. Notification of finding of noncompliance.


Where a compliance review or complaint investigation results in a finding of noncompliance, the Director must notify:

- (a) The grant applicant or recipient;
- (b) The grantmaking agency; and
- (c) **The Assistant Attorney General.**
