# §35.37. Hearings, decisions, and post-termination proceedings.


Certain DOL procedural provisions applicable to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 apply to DOL enforcement of these regulations. They are found at [29 CFR 31.9 through 31.11](/cfr/29/31.9..31.11.md).
