# §2700.2. Definitions.


For purposes of this part, the definitions contained in section 3 of the Act, [30 U.S.C. 802](/usc/30/802.md), apply. For ease of reference throughout this part, the “Secretary of Labor” or “Acting Secretary of Labor” shall be referred to as the “Secretary.” Similarly, a Commission Administrative Law Judge shall be referred to as an “ALJ.”
