# §1919.51. Provisions respecting application for accreditation, action upon the application, and related matters.


The provisions of §§ [1919.3](/cfr/29/1919.3.md), [1919.4](/cfr/29/1919.4.md), [1919.5](/cfr/29/1919.5.md), [1919.7](/cfr/29/1919.7.md), [1919.8](/cfr/29/1919.8.md), and [1919.9](/cfr/29/1919.9.md) shall govern accreditation to certificate shore-based material handling devices to the extent applicable.
