# §1610.8. Authority to determine.


The Assistant Legal Counsel, FOIA Programs, the District Director, or the District Director's designee, when receiving a request pursuant to these regulations, shall grant or deny such request. That decision shall be final, subject only to administrative review as provided in [§ 1610.11](/cfr/29/1610.11.md) of this subpart.
