# §1600.101. Cross-reference to employee ethical conduct standards and financial disclosure regulations.


Employees of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) are subject to the executive branch-wide Standards of Ethical Conduct at [5 CFR part 2635](/cfr/5/part2635.md), the EEOC regulation at [5 CFR part 7201](/cfr/5/part7201.md), which supplements the executive branch-wide standards, and the executive branch-wide financial disclosure regulations at [5 CFR part 2634](/cfr/5/part2634.md).
