# §1471.210. Which nonprocurement transactions are covered transactions?


All nonprocurement transactions, as defined in [§ 1471.970](/cfr/29/1471.970.md), are covered transactions unless listed in [§ 1471.215](/cfr/29/1471.215.md). (See appendix to this part.)
