# §1450.14. Suspending or termination collection action.


The suspension or termination of collection action shall be made in accordance with the standards set forth in [part 104](/cfr/29/part104.md) of the Federal Claims Collection Standards ([4 CFR part 104](/cfr/4/part104.md)).
