# §1450.13. Exploration of compromise.


FMCS may attempt to effect compromise, preferably during the course of personal interviews, in accordance with the standards set forth in [part 103](/cfr/29/part103.md) of the Federal Claims Collection Standards ([4 CFR part 103](/cfr/4/part103.md)).
