# §102.156. Administrative offset; purpose and scope.


The regulations in this subpart specify the Agency procedures that will be followed to implement the administrative offset procedures set forth in the Debt Collection Act of 1982 (Pub. L. 97-365), [31 U.S.C. 3716](/usc/31/3716.md).
