# §100.608. Subdivision of claims or debts.


A debt may not be subdivided to avoid the monetary ceiling established by 31 U.S.C. [3711(a)(2)](/usc/31/3711.md?p=a-2) and [29](/usc/31/29.md) CFR 100.604.
