# §94.52. Final agency decision.


In cases that are not appealed under [§ 94.51](/cfr/28/94.51.md), the Director's determination pursuant to [§ 94.24](/cfr/28/94.24.md) shall be the final agency decision. In all cases that are appealed, the Assistant Attorney General shall issue a notice of final determination, which shall be the final agency decision, setting forth the findings of fact and conclusions of law supporting his determination.
