# §94.111. Eligible crime victim assistance programs.


SAAs may award VOCA funds only to crime victim assistance programs that meet the requirements of VOCA, at [34 U.S.C. 20103(b)(1)](/usc/34/20103.md?p=b-1), and this subpart. Each such program shall abide by any additional criteria or reporting requirements established by the SAA.
