# §91.52. Definitions.


The definitions supplied by the Council on Environmental Quality in its Regulations for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act, 40 CFR Parts [1500](/cfr/40/part1500.md) through [1508](/cfr/40/part1508.md), (CEQ Regulations), shall apply to the terms in this subpart.
