# §902.7. Court action.


Pursuant to Section (c) of Article XI of the Compact, a decision by the Attorney General on an appeal under [§ 902.6](/cfr/28/902.6.md) may be appealed by filing a suit seeking to have the decision reversed in the appropriate district court of the United States.
