# §90.30. Definitions.


The definitions in [25 U.S.C. 1304(a)](/usc/25/1304.md?p=a) apply to the Reimbursement to Tribal Governments for Expenses Incurred in Exercising Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (hereinafter referred to as “the Tribal Reimbursement Program” or “this program”).
