# §90.22. Review of State applications.

- (a) **General.** The provisions of Part T of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, [42 U.S.C. 3796gg](/usc/42/3796gg.md) et seq., and of this subpart provide the basis for review and approval or disapproval of State applications and amendments.
- (b) **Intergovernmental review.** This program is covered by Executive Order 12372 (Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs) and implementing regulations at [28 CFR part 30](/cfr/28/part30.md). A copy of the application submitted to the Office on Violence Against Women should also be submitted at the same time to the State's Single Point of Contact, if there is a Single Point of Contact.
