# §540.46. Attorney visits.


Requirements for attorney visits are governed by the provisions on inmate legal activities (see [§§ 543.12 through 543.16](/cfr/28/543.12..543.16.md) of this chapter). Provisions pertinent to attorney visits for pretrial inmates are contained in [§ 551.117](/cfr/28/551.117.md) of this chapter.
