# §51.45. Request for reconsideration.

- (a) The submitting authority may at any time request the Attorney General to reconsider an objection.
- (b) Requests may be in letter or any other written form and should contain relevant information or legal argument.
- (c) Notice of the request will be given to any party who commented on the submission or requested notice of the Attorney General's action thereon and to interested parties registered under [§ 51.32](/cfr/28/51.32.md). In appropriate cases the Attorney General may request the submitting authority to give local public notice of the request.
