# §51.33. Notice to registrants concerning submissions.


Weekly notice of submissions that have been received will be given to the individuals and groups who have registered for this purpose under [§ 51.32](/cfr/28/51.32.md). Such notice will also be given when [section 5](/cfr/28/5.md) declaratory judgment actions are filed or decided.
