# §51.32. Establishment and maintenance of registry of interested individuals and groups.


The Attorney General shall establish and maintain a Registry of Interested Individuals and Groups, which shall contain the name and address of any individual or group that wishes to receive notice of [section 5](/cfr/28/5.md) submissions. Information relating to this registry and to the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, [5 U.S.C. 552a](/usc/5/552a.md) et seq., is contained in JUSTICE/CRT-004. 48 FR 5334 (Feb. 4, 1983).
