# §44.100. Purpose.


The purpose of this part is to implement [section 274B](/cfr/28/274B.md) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ([8 U.S.C. 1324b](/usc/8/1324b.md)), which prohibits certain unfair immigration-related employment practices.
