# §42.735. Judicial review.


A final decision of the Department in an administrative proceeding pursuant to [§ 42.733(b)(1)(i)(A)](/cfr/28/42.733.md?p=b-1-i-A) is subject to judicial review as provided in section 306 of the Act, [42 U.S.C. 6105](/usc/42/6105.md).
