# §34.101. Exceptions to applicability.


The assistance and procurement contract situations specified in § [34.2 (c)](/cfr/28/34.2.md?p=c), [(d)](/cfr/28/34.2.md?p=d), [(e)](/cfr/28/34.2.md?p=e), [(f)](/cfr/28/34.2.md?p=f), and [(g)](/cfr/28/34.2.md?p=g) of [subpart A](/cfr/28/subpartA.md) of this part are considered by OJJDP to be outside the scope of the [section 262(d)](/cfr/28/262.md?p=d) peer review requirement as set forth in this subpart.
