# §27.7. Right to appeal to or seek corrective relief from the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board.


An FBI whistleblower may appeal to, or seek corrective relief from, the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board in accordance with the provisions of [5 U.S.C. 2303(d)](/usc/5/2303.md?p=d).
