# §0.118. Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer.


The Chief Administrative Hearing Officer shall provide general supervision to the Administrative Law Judges in performance of their duties in accordance with 8 U.S.C. [1324a](/usc/8/1324a.md), [1324b](/usc/8/1324b.md), and [1324c](/usc/8/1324c.md), and carry out any other responsibilities as provided by law, including the authority to review decisions as provided in [28 CFR part 68](/cfr/28/part68.md).
