# §771.108. Director of Industry Operations' decision.


When the Director of Industry Operations issues an initial decision in accordance with [§ 771.77](/cfr/27/771.77.md) or [§ 771.107](/cfr/27/771.107.md) the decision shall become a part of the record. The decision shall consist of:

- (a) A brief statement of the issues involved in the proceedings;
- (b) The Director of Industry Operations' findings and conclusions, as well as the reasons therefor; and
- (c) **The Director of Industry Operations' determination on the record.**
