# §7.221. Criminal penalties.


A violation of the labeling provisions of [27 U.S.C. 205(e)](/usc/27/205.md?p=e) is punishable as a misdemeanor. See [27 U.S.C. 207](/usc/27/207.md) for the statutory provisions relating to criminal penalties, consent decrees, and injunctions.
