# §6.93. Combination packaging.


The act by an industry member of packaging and distributing distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverages in combination with other (non-alcoholic) items for sale to consumers does not constitute a means to induce within the meaning of [section 105(b)(3)](/cfr/27/105.md?p=b-3) of the Act.
