# §555.185. Criminal sanctions.


Any person who violates the provisions of [18 U.S.C. 842(l)-(o)](/usc/18/842.md?p=l..o) shall be fined under [title 18](/cfr/18.md), U.S.C., imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both.
