# §28.101. Packages to be stamped.


Each package and authorized bulk conveyance of spirits (including tank cars and tank trucks but not pipelines) withdrawn without payment of tax under the provisions of this subpart shall be marked with the word “EXPORT” in accordance with the provisions of [27 CFR part 19](/cfr/27/part19.md) prior to its removal from the bonded premises.
