# §26.203a. Containers in excess of 1 gallon (3.785 liters).


Containers of distilled spirits brought into the United States from the Virgin Islands, having a capacity in excess of 1 gallon (3.785 liters), are required to be marked in accordance with customs regulations ([19 CFR chapter I](/cfr/19/chI.md)).
