# §25.77. Change in location.


When there is a change in location of the brewery, the brewer shall file an amended form TTB F 5130.10, and also shall file a new bond on form TTB F 5130.22 as required under [§ 25.91](/cfr/27/25.91.md) or a consent of surety on form TTB F 5000.18 as required under [§ 25.92](/cfr/27/25.92.md), extending the terms of an existing bond or continuation certificate to cover operations at the new location. The brewer is not required to file a new bond or consent of surety if the brewer is exempt from bond requirements under [§ 25.91(e)](/cfr/27/25.91.md?p=e).
