# §20.121. Vinegar general-use formula.


The vinegar general-use formula is a formula for making vinegar with alcohol denatured in accordance with S.D.A. Formula No. 18 in a process whereby all of the ethyl alcohol, except residual alcohol within the limit specified in [§ 20.104](/cfr/27/20.104.md), loses its identity by being converted to vinegar.
