# §13.101. Appeals concerning use of the term “organic.”


To appeal a determination that an organic claim on a label does not comply with the National Organic Program rules in [7 CFR part 205](/cfr/7/part205.md), contact the Program Manager, National Organic Program (NOP), Agricultural Marketing Service, United States Department of Agriculture. See the NOP appeal process in [7 CFR 205.680](/cfr/7/205.680.md).
