# §1.81. Importation of distilled spirits in bulk.


It is unlawful for any person to import distilled spirits in bulk, for nonindustrial use, except for sale to or for use by the classes of persons enumerated in §§ [1.82](/cfr/27/1.82.md), [1.83](/cfr/27/1.83.md) and [1.84](/cfr/27/1.84.md).
