# §81.21. What are the responsibilities of the Secretarial Election Board in conducting a Secretarial election?


The Secretarial Election Board conducts the Secretarial election. Except as provided in [§ 81.43](/cfr/25/81.43.md), decisions of the Secretarial Election Board are not subject to administrative appeal.
