# §700.259. Records subject to Privacy Act.


The Privacy Act applies to all “records” as that term is defined in [§ 700.257(d)](/cfr/25/700.257.md?p=d), which the Commission maintains in a “system of records,” as that term is defined in [§ 700.257(e)](/cfr/25/700.257.md?p=e).
