# §581.3. How do I file a motion to intervene in appeals?


Motions to intervene in appeals before a presiding official are governed by [§ 584.5](/cfr/25/584.5.md) of this subchapter. Motions to intervene in appeals before the Commission are governed by [§ 585.5](/cfr/25/585.5.md) of this subchapter.
