# §39.809. Information collection.


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no person is required to respond to, nor shall any person be subject to a penalty for failure to comply with, a collection of information subject to the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 ([44 U.S.C. 3501](/usc/44/3501.md) et seq.) (PRA), unless that collection of information displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Control Number. This part involves collections of information subject to the PRA in §§ [39.410](/cfr/25/39.410.md) and [39.502](/cfr/25/39.502.md). These collections have been approved by OMB under control numbers 1076-0122, 1076-0134, and 1076-0163.
