# §292.24. Can the public review the Secretarial Determination?


Subject to restrictions on disclosure required by the Freedom of Information Act ([5 U.S.C. 552](/usc/5/552.md)), the Privacy Act ([5 U.S.C. 552a](/usc/5/552a.md)), and the Trade Secrets Act ([18 U.S.C. 1905](/usc/18/1905.md)), the Secretarial Determination and the supporting documents will be available for review at the local BIA agency or Regional Office having administrative jurisdiction over the land.
