# §286.9. Environmental and flood disaster protection.


Grant funds will not be advanced until there is assurance of compliance with any applicable provisions of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (Pub. L. 93-234), the National Environmental Policy Act (Pub. L. 91-190), [42 U.S.C. 4321](/usc/42/4321.md) and Executive Order 11514.
