# §275.4. Implementing regulations.


Regulations to implement section 105 of the Act will be issued by the Civil Service Commission. The regulations will cover the situations described in paragraphs [(a)(1)](/cfr/25/275.3.md?p=a-1) and [(a)(2)](/cfr/25/275.3.md?p=a-2) of § 275.3.
