# §273.206. May a contract be appealed?

- (a) A contractor may appeal:
  - (1) An adverse decision or action of the Bureau regarding a contract; or
  - (2) **A decision to cancel a contract for cause.**
- (b) The Secretary encourages contractors to seek all means of dispute resolution before a formal appeal.
