# §243.13. Who may appeal an action under this part?


Any interested party adversely affected by a decision under this part has the right of appeal as provided in 25 CFR part [2](/cfr/25/part2.md) and [43](/cfr/25/part43.md) CFR [part 4](/cfr/25/part4.md), subpart D.
