# §23.41. Uniform grant administration provisions, requirements and applicability.


The general and uniform grant administration provisions and requirements specified at [25 CFR part 276](/cfr/25/part276.md) and under this subpart are applicable to all grants awarded to tribal governments and off-reservation Indian organizations under this part, except to the extent inconsistent with an applicable Federal statute, regulation or OMB circular.
