# §23.35. Deadline for Central Office action.


Within 30 days of the receipt of grant reporting forms from the Regional Directors identifying approved and disapproved applications pursuant to [subpart D](/cfr/25/subpartD.md) of this part and recommended funding levels for approved applications, the Secretary or his/her designee shall process the Regional Directors' funding requests.
