# §216.12. Consultation.


A superintendent shall consult with the Indian landowner with respect to actions he proposes to take under §§ [216.4](/cfr/25/216.4.md), [216.6](/cfr/25/216.6.md), [216.7](/cfr/25/216.7.md), [216.9](/cfr/25/216.9.md), and [216.10](/cfr/25/216.10.md).
